When pouring on floor slabs, no tower crane or towing machinery is required; two people can push the mobile hydraulic placing boom forward.
The concrete placing boom is a new product designed to expand the range of concrete placement and enhance the mechanization level of pumping construction. As an auxiliary device for concrete pumps, it connects to the concrete pump and extends the pumping range. Features
The boom is R-type, fully hydraulically driven, with flexible folding and unfolding and a wide placing range. The boom structure is made of high-strength steel plate, offering high strength and low dead weight. It is equipped with wireless remote control and wired remote control operation, making operation easy and convenient. In the event that one remote control fails or the wireless remote control experiences signal interference, the other remote control can be used to ensure that construction is not affected.
There are two types of internal climbing methods: floor slab internal climbing and elevator shaft internal climbing. Users can choose according to their needs, meeting the requirements of different construction sites. The entire machine climbing uses its own jacking device, saving time and effort.
Main electrical and hydraulic components are sourced from internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable and reliable quality. The machine weight is light, at least 2 to 3 tons lighter than similar placing booms from other manufacturers, reducing the floor loading burden for users.
The hydraulic power unit and electrical control cabinet are integrated into the lower support frame, achieving modular design while avoiding the need for users to connect pipes and wires on site, which reduces the failure rate and facilitates installation. Quick-connect couplings are used for hydraulic piping connections that require on-site assembly, making installation fast and convenient while preventing oil leakage.
The oil tank volume has been optimally designed, saving customers significant costs on later maintenance and hydraulic oil replacement. The weight of the lifting unit has been greatly reduced, lowering the lifting capacity requirements for the tower crane on site, resulting in wider adaptability. The compact structural design of components allows shipping units to be easily transported in containers, greatly reducing transportation costs
