Features

Application: This machine is suitable for enterprises processing sand, ore, slag, mineral residue, and construction waste, serving as secondary, tertiary, or quaternary crushing equipment for stone and slag.

Working Principle: The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through a V-belt and gear pair, causing the main shaft to drive the crushing cone in a gyratory motion, creating a crushing effect against the bowl liner. When material enters the crushing chamber through the upper hopper, it is crushed and discharged from the discharge opening, achieving the crushing effect. The material can be obtained with the desired particle size by adjusting the discharge opening.

Features: This machine incorporates a scientific hydraulic cavity cleaning system, reducing downtime while providing safe and efficient maintenance procedures. Its unique spring overload protection system automatically releases foreign objects such as iron blocks that enter the machine, then immediately resets, ensuring normal system operation.

Note: The processing capacity listed in the table is the design throughput under the following conditions:

a) Material moisture content does not exceed 4%;
b) Under open-circuit process conditions, the feed material is appropriately uniform, and material smaller than the discharge opening should not exceed 10% of the total feed;
c) Material bulk density is 1.6 t/m³, compressive strength is 140MPa–150MPa.
